With over seven years of hands-on experience in physical therapy and an Associate of Applied Science degree, Amanda brings a deep understanding of functional movement, injury prevention, and sustainable wellness to every client she works with.
Certified in fitness training and passionate about evidence-based practice, Amanda has worked with people of all ages and ability levels—from those recovering from injury to those just starting their fitness journey. Her approach is grounded in compassion, adaptability, and encouragement. She believes that fitness and nutrition shouldn’t feel overwhelming or rigid—it should feel like something that fits into your life.
