Plan 1

4 Weeks

Ideal if you prefer steady, focused support - this
plan includes one 30- or 60-minute FaceTime or Zoom call per week with Amanda. Use this time
to review your progress, get personalized advice,
and fine-tune your workouts and nutrition.

Plan 2

8 Weeks

For those who want extra accountability and guidance, this plan offers two weekly calls, each
30 or 60 minutes. You’ll have more opportunities
for form checks, technique adjustments, and personalized coaching to keep you moving
forward.

Plan 3

12 Weeks

Our most hands-on plan includes three weekly coaching sessions, perfect for anyone needing frequent support, motivation, or detailed feedback. This option is great for people working on rehab, overcoming plateaus, or needing extra structure.
